At 13,500 sq ft, Rajpriya makes an architectural statement through its bold exterior elevation composed of three stone-clad feature walls integrated with lush vertical greenery. These iconic walls not only define the villa’s visual identity but also serve as passive design elements, enhancing thermal comfort and natural shading.
