About Project

THE BRIEF

This commission presented a unique challenge: to design twin homes for two brothers within a shared plot while ensuring privacy, unity, and individuality. Inner Space was tasked with developing a master layout that enables interaction without intrusion a spatial strategy that respects family bonds but honors personal lifestyle needs. Sustainability, openness, and contextual harmony were key drivers in the design brief.

Concept

“Pavitra Nandan” comprises two 11,000 sq ft villas, cohesively arranged around a large landscaped courtyard that acts as both visual and emotional anchor. Each home is oriented to maximize daylight and green views while maintaining spatial intimacy. The material vocabulary is natural stone, wood, and lime plaster allowing the homes to breathe and evolve over time. Passive cooling strategies and breezeways enhance climate responsiveness. This project reflects Inner Space’s approach to human-centric living: architecture that supports relationships, rituals, and renewal.
