A landmark residence defined by timeless poise, material integrity, and understated grandeur.
Inner Space was entrusted with the design of a landmark private residence for the founder of the Nirma Group a client whose legacy required a spatial language that speaks of legacy, discretion, and refined global taste. The brief emphasized a sense of scale and silence where design must not compete for attention, but command presence through poise and material integrity. The home needed to represent both personal values and public stature, without overt flamboyance.
Spanning 40,000 sq ft, Nima House was conceived as a monolithic expression of minimalism and strength. The architecture relies on pure, bold geometries and an interplay of light and voids. Interiors were meticulously curated with iconic global brands like Minotti, Fendi, and Giorgetti not as symbols of luxury, but as extensions of spatial philosophy. The transition between zones is seamless yet intentional, encouraging moments of reflection amidst grandeur. Nima House is not just a residence it is a quiet proclamation of design-led legacy.
