Sita Villa was conceptualized as a modern architectural solution for a large joint family one that values both togetherness and individual privacy. The client’s core requirement was to design a residence that could house three families under a single roof while ensuring each had distinct, self-contained private spaces. The brief also emphasized the importance of shared areas that could foster connection and leisure among all members. Inner Space was entrusted with translating this family-driven vision into a thoughtful, future-ready residential form.
Spread across 20,000 sq ft, Sita Villa exemplifies harmony in spatial planning. The structure is vertically zoned with each family occupying a dedicated floor, ensuring autonomy in daily living. A central common floor functions as a leisure hub, encouraging shared moments without compromising individual comfort. The exterior is defined by a striking modern elevation featuring cantilevered terraces that add dynamic depth and visual rhythm to the built form. With seamless transitions between private and communal areas, Sita Villa is a nuanced architectural response to the evolving dynamics of joint family living blending functionality with aesthetic grace.
