About Project

THE BRIEF

Kanha was envisioned as a timeless retreat that breaks away from the ubiquitous modern-contemporary palette dominating urban residential design. The client expressed a clear desire for a home that evoked classical grandeur something distinctive, refined, and rooted in elegance. Inner Space was brought in to interpret this vision through a neoclassical lens, where symmetry, ornamentation, and proportion take precedence over minimalism. The goal was to craft a residence that would feel majestic, culturally resonant, and completely unique within the context of Indore.

Concept

This 12,000 sq ft neoclassical villa stands as a rare architectural gem in the city defined by its grand symmetry, ornate facades, and attention to classical detailing. The elevation is a study in refinement, with meticulously designed cornices, column arrangements, and facade compositions that celebrate timeless European influences. Every line and proportion was carefully considered to embody balance and permanence. The villa doesn’t seek to chase trends — instead, it reclaims a sense of old-world charm through the language of architecture. Kanha is more than a residence; it is a statement of taste, tradition, and quiet sophistication in a rapidly modernizing landscape.
