A bold architectural statement blending structural ingenuity with striking modern design.
Chandratala was conceived as a bold architectural statement a residence that doesn’t just house a family but becomes a talking point in the urban fabric of Indore. The client envisioned a home that would stand out for its structural ingenuity, experiential design, and striking aesthetics. Inner Space was commissioned to deliver a modern residence that integrates structural experimentation with a visually commanding elevation and multi-functional outdoor living spaces. The project demanded not just creative vision, but engineering precision.
Spread over 25,000 sq ft, Chandratalā commands attention through its dramatic façade, anchored by a 17-foot cantilevered terrace made possible using a custom-engineered PEB structure — a daring structural move that redefines the front elevation. At the heart of the terrace lies a glass skylight designed as a dance floor, resting above a sunlit indoor space, blending play with poetry. The home’s grand terrace garden and bold elevation have drawn admiration across professions from architects and civil engineers to creative artists and urban enthusiasts. Every space within is designed to celebrate light, volume, and flow — while the exterior stands as a beacon of innovation, making Chandratalā both a landmark and a living sculpture.
